Any unauthorised use of the Knot Tools™ trademark or its derivatives is subject to the penalties provided for in articles L.713-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The name Knot, designating the Dolibarr module, is used under the Knot Tools™ trademark, consistent with the open-source distribution of the module under the GPL-3.0 licence.
